In short
The AlbaNova Operations Audit is a free, 45-minute working session for professional services firms. We map one or two recurring processes, such as invoicing, contracts, reporting or request handling, and within 3 working days send a written summary of the three automations that would save the most time, with estimated hours saved for each.
What you get
Three things, in writing.
- 01
A map of how the work really flows
We walk through one or two processes step by step: who touches what, which systems are involved, and where the time goes.
- 02
Your top three automation opportunities
A written summary, in plain English, of the three changes that would save the most time, ranked by effort and impact.
- 03
Estimated hours saved
A realistic estimate of the hours each opportunity gives back per month, so you can judge whether it's worth doing.
How it runs
From booking to a straight answer.
- 01
Before the call
You book a time and tell us, in a few lines, which process hurts most.
- 02
The 45 minutes
We walk through it step by step with you, ideally with the person who does the work.
- 03
Within 3 working days
Your written summary: the top three opportunities, ranked, with estimated hours saved.
- 04
After that
Nothing, unless you want to go ahead. If you do, we quote a fixed scope for the first workflow.
Is it for you?
Who the audit is for, and who it isn't.
A good fit
- A professional services firm, roughly 10 to 250 people
- Recurring admin that follows a pattern: contracts, invoices, reports, requests
- Mainstream systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Someone senior who wants the problem solved, not just explored
Probably not a fit
- Looking for a chatbot for your website
- One-off tasks that don't repeat
- A full ERP replacement
Worth having to hand
- The one or two processes that eat the most time
- Roughly how often they happen and who does them
- Which systems are involved
Nothing to prepare in writing. A rough idea is plenty.
Questions
About the audit.
What happens in the free Operations Audit?
A 45-minute working session where we map how one or two of your processes run today. Within 3 working days you get a written summary of the top three automation opportunities, with estimated hours saved.
How long does a build take?
The first workflow is typically live in 2–4 weeks. Larger platforms, such as a full operations layer across contracts, invoicing and reporting, are delivered in phases, and we scope them during the audit.
Who will we actually work with?
Chiraag Mutreja, the founder, from the first call to go-live. No account managers and no hand-off to a junior team.
Is the audit really free? What's the catch?
It's free, and there's no obligation. It's how we find out whether we can genuinely help. If your processes don't justify automation, we'll tell you, and the summary is still yours to keep.
Will you try to sell us something on the call?
The call is a working session about your process, not a pitch. If there's a good fit, we'll say so at the end and follow up with a proposal only if you ask for one.
