Overview

An AI-powered deal-sourcing platform for M&A and private equity teams. It finds and enriches acquisition targets, scores companies against investment criteria, supports financial analysis and generates personalised outreach, bringing sourcing, research and engagement into one workflow. It grew out of the research workflows AlbaNova built for a US investment group, who then asked us to build a platform with them for their team and the wider market.
